SW Construction was created over 10 years ago by Stephen where he started out as a labourer (and chief tea maker) for a small business specialising in building domestic structures and loft conversions! After the boss retired, Stephen decided he quite like this and carried on in the trade and grew not only his client base but also his skills!

Commercial Grounds Maintenance
SW Construction and Grounds offer a wide range of Commercial Ground maintenance across the East Midlands.
We currently work with large retail brands and commercial customers to maintain their beautiful outdoor consumer areas to ensure that everything is kept clean and tidy for visitors of retail parks, office areas, industrial parks, business parks etc.
